The Canadian Museum for Human Rights launched an exhibition titled” Mandela: Struggle for Freedom.” The launch coincided with the Nelson Mandela centenary and former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, High Commissioner Dlamini-Mntambo and the CEO of South Africa’s apartheid museum …… along with 420 other guests attended the launch which was hosted by the Canadian Museum for Human Rights’ CEO John Young.
Mulroney took part in a question and answer session with former news anchor Peter Mansbridge that focused on Mulroney’s efforts to end apartheid in South Africa while he was the Prime Minister of Canada from 1984 to 1993.
